Refund policy
Jenny’s Shoes & Fashions – Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your shoes, but we also need to protect our stock and small business. Please read carefully before making a return.
Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
• Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original box.
• If shoes are worn, damaged, or not in original condition, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
• Local pickup orders can be exchanged in-store immediately, if the shoes meet the above conditions.
• Online orders can be returned by post (customer pays return shipping) or exchanged in-store.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued once the returned shoes are received and inspected by Jenny’s Shoes & Fashions.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.
• Local pickup orders returned in-store must be inspected first; refunds will be processed online within 1–2 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
• If an item arrives faulty or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days.
• We will replace the item or refund you fully at no cost.
Exchanges
• Exchanges for a different size or color are allowed if the item is unworn and in original condition.
• Local pickup orders can be exchanged instantly in-store.
• Online exchanges must be returned first, then a replacement will be sent once received.
Sale or Clearance Items
• Sale items are exchange-only.
• Refunds are not available on sale or clearance items unless faulty.
Important Notes
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.
• We recommend keeping a tracking receipt for all online returns.
